Terms of Service

1. The service
VipraGo is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform for workforce, payroll, project, and operations management, operated by Vipra Software Private Limited ("Vipra Software"). By creating an organization or accepting an invitation, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
2. Beta status
During open beta, features may change, and the service is provided without availability guarantees beyond reasonable commercial effort. Production SLAs (up to 99.9% uptime) apply to Enterprise agreements as contracted.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Use the service only for lawful workforce-management purposes; no attempts to breach tenant isolation, probe security, or exceed authorized access.
- Organization admins are responsible for the accuracy of policies they configure (payroll rules, leave policies, attendance settings) and for obtaining required employee consents under applicable law.
4. Billing
Pricing is per active login as described on the pricing page: Starter free during open beta; Growth at USD $1.00 per active login per month (launch offer; regular USD $10.00); Enterprise by contract. Monthly billing, cancel anytime; no setup fee. Launch pricing is locked for active subscribers until general availability.
5. Your data
Your organization owns its data. We process it per the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law (GDPR, India DPDP). On termination, your data is exportable in machine-readable formats for 30 days, after which it is deleted except where statutory retention applies. We do not use your data to train shared AI foundation models.
6. AI features
VipraBot executes actions under the requesting user's permissions with audit logging. AI outputs (e.g., burnout-risk scores, recommendations) are decision support; your organization remains responsible for employment decisions. Payroll calculations should be reviewed through the configured approval workflow before disbursement.
7. Intellectual property
Vipra Software retains all rights in the platform. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your organization's internal operations during your subscription.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" during beta; our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. Enterprise agreements may specify otherwise.
