Pricing FAQ
- What is an "active login"?
- A user who signs in during the billing month. Someone on leave all month, or a seasonal worker who never logs in, costs nothing. Per-seat tools bill for every provisioned account regardless of use.
- What does VipraGo cost for a 100-person company?
- If 80 of 100 employees sign in during a month on the Growth launch offer: 80 × $1.00 = USD $80 that month. At the regular price it would be 80 × $10.00 = USD $800.
- Is there a setup or implementation fee?
- No. Self-serve onboarding takes about an hour, and assisted onboarding is free for the first 90 days.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes — monthly billing, no lock-in, and your data is exportable in machine-readable formats.
