- Yes — auto-approval applies only to requests that fully satisfy configured policy (balance, notice period, team capacity); anything ambiguous escalates to a human.
- Does VipraGo handle India-style comp-off?
- Yes — compensatory leave accrues automatically from approved overtime or holiday work and is consumed like any other leave type.
- What happens to unused leave at year end?
- Per-type carryforward rules decide: carry forward up to a cap, encash, or lapse — processed automatically.
